Reilly Thate is a diligent and detail-oriented media industry professional who draws from a multifaceted experience comprising STEM, film, broadcast sports, and emergency services to drive positive change and deliver quality results in every organization he works with.

As a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician, Reilly understands the dynamic nature of the human element and its role in a variety of contexts, from patient care to organizational politics and public relations. Combined with his creative and technical prowess and solid professional instincts, he synthesizes a unique perspective that adds value to his endeavors, from volunteer organizations and small businesses to multi-billion dollar enterprises.

In his work on award-winning documentary Nobody Wants Us following the COVID-19 pandemic, he ensured a smooth transition from post-production to distribution, which reached PBS and various streaming platforms; he also contributed to the development and success of the film’s educational materials and the materials’ fundraising initiative. He currently works in broadcast sports for professional teams like the Washington Wizards, the Washington Capitals, the Baltimore Orioles, and more.

Local to the DMV and eager to serve, he has a personal stake in the The Last Battlefront: Quest for the Vote in D.C. He strives to raise the mass awareness and support needed for the film’s mission to succeed.
